Will be responsible in assisting all international patient's inquiry, such as costing, scheduling, request and issuance of LOA/LOG, doctors appointment and/or schedule for diagnostic services; facilitate patients admission and discharge, assisting in retrieval of records. He/she also assist patient's transport and hotel accommodation, interpreter referrals (if needed), tours or entertainment, visa application and extension and/or currency exchange.
Strong personality with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in English, proficiency in additional language is an advantage.
