Manila Doctors Hospital (MDH) is a premiere private tertiary hospital operating at 667 United Nations Avenue, Ermita, Manila, Philippines. It was founded in 1956 by a group of doctors, under the corporate name Manila Medical Services Inc. (MMSI). In 1979, Metrobank Foundation, Inc. (MBFI) acquired majority shares of MMSI. Located along United Nations Avenue in the old business district of Metro Manila, which is also considered the tourist district of Manila, MDH is a stone's throw away from Chinatown. It has entry and exit points on both United Nations Avenue and Teodoro M. Kalaw Avenue. Its T.M. Kalaw faade faces the Department of Tourism and the eastern side of Rizal Park.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Patient Experience Manager at Manila Doctors Hospital located in Manila. As a Patient Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall patient experience and satisfaction. You will develop strategies, implement initiatives, and collaborate with various departments to ensure that patients receive high-quality, compassionate, and personalized care. Additionally, you will lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and address any patient concerns or issues.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Sound knowledge of patient-centered care principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centric mindset
