This profile is responsible for engaging the customers with the practice. Responsible for day to day activities of recalling a patient, reminding them of their appointments, keeping a close contact for their appointment completion and also managing the patient's information in the CRM.

• Working on multiple applications for gathering customer's information
  

• Scheduling appointment
  

• Updating the demographic information of the customer in the software
  

• Reminding about the appointment
  

• Incoming call management
  

• FAX management
  

• Message management
  

• Tracking the patient's appointment until completion - Recalling the No Shows and Cancel
  

• Managing the Customer Relationship Management Software
  

• Being engaged in other operational activities
