This profile is responsible for engaging the customers with the practice. Responsible for day to day activities of recalling a patient, reminding them of their appointments, keeping a close contact for their appointment completion and also managing the patient's information in the CRM.
- Roles & responsibilities:
- Working on multiple applications for gathering customer's information
- Updating the demographic information of the customer in the software
- Reminding about the appointment
- Tracking the patient's appointment until completion - Recalling the No Shows and Cancel
- Managing the Customer Relationship Management Software
- Being engaged in other operational activities
