Healthcare Collections specialist to be part of out
pioneer team! Handle self-pay accounts by contacting patients via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding balances.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and in an office-based environment.
Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with patient- Process patient payments accurately and timely
Ensure all payments are recorded correctly in the system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts.
Assist patients in understanding their bills and payment options.- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations related to patient collections.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and performance metrics.
Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in patient collections, medical billing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using collections software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Can work Onsite at McKinley, Taguig
Can work on a permanent night shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php27,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
