PATIENT CARE SPECIALIST (LOCAL HMO)._
Patient Care Specialist_ will answer phone calls and provide assistance to accounts/members inquiries regarding benefit application, remaining MBL, benefit coverage, provider access and other contract related inquiries.
- Must be a graduate of Nursing, Radtech, Medtech, Pharmacy, Optometry, PT or any 4 year medical course. (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Board or Non Board Passers are welcome to apply.- Open to Fresh Graduates with hospital experience during internship.
Knowledgeable of medical terms (diseases, diagnostic test, procedures, admissible cases).
- BPO experience handling Healthcare or HMO account is an advantage.
Average oral and written Filipino and English language.- Previous hospital experience in processing HMO request or approval will be an advantage.
Willing to work in
Ortigas Center, Pasig on a shifting schedule.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,
