We are seeking a Patient Care Specialist with 1-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in patient care and be able to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The candidate should also have excellent communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments and coordinating care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the highest level of patient care
• Manage patient feedback and provide recommendations for improving our services
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• 1-6 years of experience in patient care or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
