Details:
Rate: 150 PHP/hour
HMO: After 6 months
Work set-up: Office-based
Weekly workload: 40hrs/week
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries (chat, calls, emails) regarding their concerns.
Assist customers and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
Has knowledge and experience in patient care or related work.
Ability to communicate and foster positive physician and patient relationships.
