Job Summary:- A Patient Care Navigator help patients navigate the healthcare system by ensuring that the healthcare system fulfills the demand of the patient as best as possible.
Patient care navigator examine, plan and advocate for the patient's health needs. S/he monitor and coordinate patients treatment plans, help them understand their health state, and follow up on their progress.
- Responds promptly to patient inquiries.
Responding to phone and email queries.- Sending appointment confirmations to patients
Assist in the scheduling of patients to ensure that they receive treatments on time and assist in the management of their consultation flow.
- Facilitating communication among patients, family members, and healthcare practitioners to ensure patient satisfaction and quality of care.
Assists in the updating and monitoring of the doctor's schedule .- Entertain and assist patients with their concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
In-depth understanding of the inner-workings of the healthcare system.- Compassionate attitude and professional demeanor.
Experience in customer service, patient counseling, and medical field is preferred
- Willingness and ability to support a diverse population of patients
Strong communication skills
