Qualifications:
College graduate/ High School graduate, HRM graduate or Culinary grad/ diploma
Atleast 1 year in a similar position from a reputable establishment
Excellent technical skills in various pastry and bakery techniques, equipment, ingredients, and processes
Knowledge of best practices in kitchen management and menu development
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversea the pastry kitchen operation to deliver consistent, high quality products
Keep up to date on product changes and assist the kitchen team
Perform other duties assigned with passion, curiosity and excellence
Ensure the pastry team is trained and developed
