RESPONSIBILITIES:>Responsible creating and overseeing the production of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods for restaurant and catering events.
>Conduct research and product development as needed.
>Create new desserts recipes, and test new flavors.
>Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
>Understanding of use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
>Degree or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Pastry-Making,
Baking or relevant field.
>At least 5 years experience as Pastry Chef or relevant position.
>Excellent pastry skills, possesses the ability to perform all functions in the pastry operation.
>Great attention to detail and creativity.
>Flexible and can-do multitasking
>Can adapt and work in a fast phase working environment
