Job Description- Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, and employee enforcing policies and procedures.- Plans and reviews compensation strategies.
Prepares and completeness audits, identifies trends, determines regional sales system improvements, and implements change when necessary.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or products, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
Evaluating sales and individual performances.- Support Sales Executive with day-to-day store operation
Report on regional sales results.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
Identify hiring needs, and select and train new salespeople.- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
