PRIMARY FUNCTION:Promote and sell company products and responsible for completing customer order details. Also responsible for sourcing new customers and maintaining good relationships with them.
- Duties and Responsibilities
With knowledge of truck parts
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through calls/ networking and social media.
Reach out to customer leads through calling.- Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Do suggestive selling to customers.- Updates and maintain customer information profile.
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Perform cost-benefit and need analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Process end-to-end sales process.
- Hitting the monthly sales quota sets by Management.
Prepares and provide management reports on customers needs, problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.- Continuously improve through feedback
Participate in training/seminars/meetings conducted by the company.
- Prepare and update monthly sales reports.
Update and maintain sales reports.- Meets deadline for submission of reports and as per request by immediate superior.
Follow up/s and monitor/track customer orders.
- Process and assist customers with items for return or customer complaints.
Proactively initiates looking into new updates/changes in the sales process.- Performs other tasks assigned from time to time.

Pay: From Php18,- 00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
