Assist in merchandising of genuine parts and accessories to internal and external customers- Provide accurate information to internal and external clients in terms of parts availability and price; advise clients about parts availability, arrival and changes in price, if any
Attend to queries of clients either walk-in or through telephone and email who wish to buy genuine parts
- Prepare counter order parts and translate parts number for job estimate and parts needed in the workshop
Keep updated records of Parts Modification through Toyota Partners Online (TPO), Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) and other related informative materials needed in retrieving correct part number translation- Ensure that all accessories for units to be released are properly installed; coordinate with installer and monitor installation of accessories
Observe 5s procedure regularly
- Participate actively in Kaizen activities/competition and Parts Marketing Professional of the Year competition.
Assist in quarterly inventory counting
