JOB SUMMARYEfficiently process all warranty parts claims and related activities in accordance with Apple warranty guidelines and procedures.
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling warranty claims while observing and complying with all Apple guidelines and procedures.
- Receives and conducts thorough physical and document checking of all inbound parts shipments.
Performs issuance or transfer of parts to Service Centers according to their request for all Apple Products.- Receives, keeps, records and releases Replacement of Apple products to Customer Service Team.
Provides assistance in doing inventory and product count as needed to all products.
Graduate of Business Administration or any four-year related course.
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Inventory Management.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Must be willing to be assigned in
Festival Mall.
