Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Sales and any other related course
- With 3 to 5 years experience in customer service related/sales
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics- Willing to work in Quezon City
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information- Interact and contact current and prospective clients through phone calls and emails to share company's products and create new sales opportunities
Stay up-to-date with new product and feature or service launches
- Review analytics on sales status and create detailed reports
Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
Assist in responding to client inquiries via digital platform or online inquiries
