Ensure that Dealers adheres to set parts standards on facilities, manpower and processes.- Formulate dealer improvement plans based on dealer situation.
Develop and implement parts and accessories strategies to support Dealers achieve set target.
- Create strategic monthly dealer visit and training schedule of Parts Coordinators and Trainers.
Oversee creation and implementation of training programs to Dealers.- Develop action plan to promote Dealer parts availability management.
Present in-depth analysis of industry's best practices to Department Head.
- Propose parts programs to increase dealer parts wholesale.
Responsible for market research and establish competitive parts price in the market.- Recommends acceptable parts price discount to promotional activities.
Lead team members with the analysis and presentation of Dealer parts performance and current operations to Dealer Management.
- Ensures team performance through KPI setting and role delegation.
Responsible for the preparation of Dealer Operations and Training reports for Department Head.- Plans and allocates annual section activities, resources, and budget.
