About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Partner Marketing Manager to take immediate ownership of the strategy, development, and execution of various partner programs by collaborating with internal and external resources. We expect you to enhance marketing programs that build awareness, create demand, and measure results.

Our ideal candidate must have prior experience building strategies for various partnership marketing channels. You will be a primary marketing contact for local partners. The core of this role is to develop a marketing plan, execute events, and create marketing content and sales tools to support partners products and services to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive demand generation
• Promote our global partnership marketing program by identifying potential partners to maximize revenue through our joint relationships
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design partnership collaterals, including presentations, emails, brochures, case studies, etc
• Correspond with partner resources by developing an effective communications framework that informs partners of promotions, solution updates, etc
• Work with the Marketing Director to enhance the growth of partnership marketing strategies (affiliate marketing, sponsorships, etc.)
• Recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behavior trends, target audience, demography, etc

Requirements:

• Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills in English, Chinese will be Plus
• Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• 3+ years of marketing experience in a partner-facing role
• Proficiency in Gaming and entertainment industry is a bonus
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of associates
