We are now looking for a Partnerships Associate who will play a key role in developing and managing strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance the organization's visibility, drive revenue, and support overall business objectives.

This role involves identifying and cultivating relationships with external partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful collaboration. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in partnership development, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops Partnerships and Sponsorships Relations and strengthens industry partnerships.
  • Identifies new opportunities by researching and networking.
Recommends brand-aligned opportunities.
  • Negotiates and closes business deals that promote sustained revenue.
Recommends potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Ability to maintain strong sponsorship relationships and establish industry partnerships.
Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Identify and prioritize potential partners and sponsors that align with the brand and business objectives.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure contracts align with organizational policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Align partnership activities with overall business strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or business development.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and measure the impact of partnerships.
  • Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
Understanding of legal and contractual considerations in partnerships.
  • Can start ASAP and amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,
  • 00 per month
