Job Description

Position Title: Partnerships & Account Manager

Location: Philippines

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Client Management Lead SEA (Southeast Asia) will be responsible for implementing and supporting strategic sales vision to grow ETS product solutions, have Channel Management accountabilities, and have responsibility for client relations across the SEA market/regional segment or large clients with several contracts. This role manages EPN contracts, financials, and business critical for TOEFL, TOEIC, and GRE. The position reports to the Senior Director of Global Partnerships and Distributors. To implement the strategic vision, it will interact with the ETS Preferred Network of resellers, internal ETS Strategic Business Units, consultants in the SEA regions, and support functions (Marketing, Tax, Finance, and Legal).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed volume and revenue goals of regional distributors (EPN) for TOEFL, TOEIC, and GRE family of assessments, including B2B2G sales funnel, sales forecast, and commercial results.
  • Oversee EPN channel processes and seek opportunities to drive new business, increasing efficiencies and productivity.
  • Manage the business performance of Distributors or EPNs in the assigned market.
  • Work with top EPNS for supporting in the development of their talent pool and training them on various techniques needed to reach set commercial KPIs (key performance indicators).
  • Researching the market and competitors as part of building the sales funnel
  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

Process Outputs and Deliverables (From the key responsibilities above, describe the most important process outputs of the role)

  • Support the definition of sales vision to reach volume and revenue targets in the assigned region.
  • Establish and sustain relationships with EPNs, key stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Mentor and train sales team members and EPNs as necessary to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and implement product enhancement or new product launch plans as needed
  • Set and track EPN monthly sales and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • The Client Management Lead SEA is a contributor role that operates autonomously with significant latitude for unreviewed decision making.
  • This position reports to the Senior Director of Global Partnerships and Distributors and will closely collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Min BA/BS, Master's degree preferred
  • English proficiency of a minimum of B2 as demonstrated by an English proficiency test

Relevant Years of Experience Required:

  • 5-7 years in sales management, process management or related areas
  • Proven experience in supporting and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed volume and revenue for top EdTech companies or English Language Learning assessment companies in the SEA region.
  • Familiarity with ETS products, including TOEFL, TOEIC and GRE is a plus.
