About the Job:
Join our client team Partnership Officer, you'll be the key link between our client and potential supporters, building strong connections with both businesses and individuals to secure their support. You'll work closely with local government bodies to ensure our client programs get the backing they need, while also creating persuasive proposals to win over new donors. With your expertise, you'll expand our client reach and impact, making a real difference in the communities they serve.
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with potential corporate partners and individuals within the coverage areas, converting them into donors for the organization.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with the local government units within the areas of coverage, for policy and funding of the organization's core programs.
- Craft partnership proposals to convert prospective corporate and individual donors.
- Implement various activities to encourage more donors to support the programs of the organization.
- Coordinate with the base program location and the Program Development Department to identify and communicate with current and potential donors particular funding requirements.
- Prepare various materials to properly communicate to potential partners the particular needs of the organization's programs.
- Participate in formulation and execution of various fund development strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years experience in corporate sales, fund development, and entrepreneurship, in various fields.
- Experience in establishing relations with potential corporate and HNI partners. as well as government stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed fund generation targets.
- Willing to travel including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Comfortable collaborating with global representatives of organizations.
- Flexible and open to being assigned different roles as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
