Partnership and Sales Manager

Job Description

Job Role :

Manage sales and business development activities for all technical and ancillary service offerings of DataFlow Group
  • Duties and responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Issuing Authorities to streamline verification processes.
  • Establish communication channels and regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure continuous collaboration and improvement.
Identify and promote additional services to partner universities that enhance career preparedness for their students.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops to demonstrate the values of these services.
Address and resolve issues raised by the Operations Team that hinder quick verification results.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and remove roadblocks in the verification process.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Educate partner authorities to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Attend and present at industry conferences and events to represent The DataFlow Group and its interests.
  • Identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration that align with the organization's growth strategy.
Provide continued support to the partners, maintain a long term relationship and maximize other opportunities through these partners
  • Drive seamless and continuous improvement of the product experience through close interactions with the partners
  • Skills/ Abilities:
3+ years of Operations experience
  • Able to work in an international environment
Highly motivated and are used to working toward committed objectives
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills
Have advanced GSuite / MS Office skills
  • Have outstanding organizational and time management skills
Able to motivate yourself and set your own goals
  • Must have a college diploma or equivalent; associate or certificate may be preferred
Proven experience in partnership management, business development or a related role. Exposure and success in Southeast Asia is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, having the experience to speak fluently to customers and management teams
