Job Description:
As a Senior Partner Merchant Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for
leading the expansion of our network of partner merchants, including grocery
stores, supermarkets, and specialty food shops. You will play a pivotal role in
developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain partner
merchants, drive merchant engagement and growth, and enhance the
overall partner merchant experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to the
growth and success of our platform.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to acquire and onboard new partner
merchants, with a focus on strategic growth areas and key market
segments.
Lead the negotiation of partnership terms and agreements with
prospective partner merchants, ensuring alignment with the company's
objectives and the merchant's needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing,
operations, and product development, to drive merchant engagement
and growth.
Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for expanding
our partner merchant network and optimizing the performance of
existing partner merchants.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the partner merchant growth
team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Conduct necessary fieldwork to do market research and drive growth
initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
field. Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership
management, preferably in the retail or grocery industry.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring and growing partner
merchants, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to
influence and persuade others.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to
translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
to achieve goals and deliver results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite software.
Knowledge of the local grocery market and consumer trends is a plus

Pay: Php19,
- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary
