We are looking for part-time telemarketing and chat sales agents who are residing in Meycauayan, Bulacan. Part-timers and working students are also welcome.
- Must be of legal age and at least high school graduate.
- Willing to handle calls both incoming and outgoing calls.
- With pleasing voice and clear diction.
- Willing to do tele-marketing/tele-sales.
- Will handle inquiries from Facebook Pages, emails, and other social media accounts.
- Sell or offer product promotions via online using online tools, email marketing, and social media.
- Must be a resident of Meycauayan Bulacan or nearby areas.
- Call center experience is a plus but not a requirement.
- Must be a problem-solver, must have an attitude of always finding solutions, and can work under little supervision.

Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products/services and recruitment of sales agents.
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers/agents.
Answering emails and chat messages.- Using scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits
The telemarketing agent will be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan (Richmond Village Area)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing and Chat Sales Agentto generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests via phone, email, and chat messaging in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services as well as the recruitment of sales agents.
A successful Telesales and Chat Sales Agent must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele and increase the number of accredited agents.

Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Assist in the recruitment and follow up of applications of sales agents.
- Also acts as a support person of agents and intermediaries.
