Job Overview: As a Part-Time Weekend Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process exclusively during weekends. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right candidates to fit our company's needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist with onboarding and other HR-related tasks as needed.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency with recruitment software and tools, including ATS.
Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms for recruiting.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
