- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro (Non-negotiable)
- Experience in using a MacBook device
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Video Editor
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of the English language
- Availability to work part-time (8 hours a day, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday PST).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos that resonate with our audience and clients.
- Create eye-catching thumbnails for our video content.
- Add captions and visual enhancements to increase engagement.
- Maintain and organize all footage and video content systematically.
- Stay up to date with the latest editing software and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects at a time and update our project management software daily.
