Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Education or equivalent
Masters degree holder is an advantage
Certified NSTP Instructor
Job Description:
- Prepare course package, syllabus, course outline, lecture of NSTP classes
- Create class schedules and activities of each teaching week
- Source out teachers, speakers, trainers and facilitators for each NSTP lecture or activity week
- Make project proposals and requests of NSTP activities
- Communicate with contact persons in the community or organization about the cadets community immersion program, and service.
- Prepare enrollment list of cadets each trimester and submit to the Registrar
- Prepare a post activity report of the Cadet's activities for NSTP 1 & 2
- Attend NSTP meeting with other school in the region
- Create assessment and administer assessment to NSTP cadets if necessary
- Prepare grade sheets and ready for review and approval
- Organize culminating activity for graduation of NSTP
