Responsibilities
- Provides counsel on a variety of business legal issues
Composition, reviews, and carry out agreements and of all contracts- Works alongside specially with the Operations
Makes sure that legal issues are observed, and anticipated
- Plans and implements trainings to employees on legal topics for compliance of the law
Represents to government agencies and may serve as Spokesperson.- Tax and contract related reviews
Guides operations within the company's procedures and processes concerning to legal aspect.
- Researches to any legal issues
Other tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Must be a bar exam passer/licensed lawyer.
Must have 2 + years proven background legal counsel, must have experience on tax laws
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
Willing to be work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City
