Part-time ESL Teacher

NE Learning Inc. is a registered tutorial services catering Korean students via phone and video class. We are looking for Part Time Home-Based Online English Instructor to be part of our growing community.

All qualified teachers will undergo:

- A FOUR-WEEK ONLINE TRAINING and will be evaluated before starting their Part time.

- Training Schedule: Mon to Fri only (5:00 PM - 8:00 PM).

HOME BASED REQUIREMENTS: (strict compliance)

• Internet connection connected via lan cable (minimum of 100 mbps, either GLOBE/PLDT/CONVERGE FIBER only)
  

• Personal computer/desktop/laptop (windows 10/ i3-i7 processor / 4-8gigRAM)
  

• HD camera
  

• Headset with noise canceling feature- Brand Preferred: Logitech H110/H111
  
• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct phone and video classes for Korean students.
  

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the student.
  

• Other tasks as required by the position.
  
• WORKING SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday only (no weekends).

Minimum of 3 hours per day between 5:00PM -10:00PM.

Minimum of 5 months employment.

• COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Php 120.00 per hour once assigned to account - you will be assigned _non-regular classes only_ such as substitutions, level tests, demos for up to one month after hiring. (minimum of 15 days, maximum of 30 days PT probation).
  

• After your PT Probation your hourly wages will based on attendance as stated below:
  
• Php 150.00 pesos per hour if with Perfect attendance.

• Php 130.00 pesos per hour if without Perfect attendance.

The hourly rate in your salary will depend based on your attendance record per cut-off every 1-15 and 16-30 of the month.

• Additional Php 500.00 per month Perfect attendance incentive.
  

• Additional productivity bonus worth Php 500 per month if productivity is 70%-79%.
  

• Additional productivity bonus worth Php 1,000 per month if productivity is 80% and above.
  

• Compliment incentive/referral/recognition incentive and holiday pay.
  

• Additional increase in PA incentive and productivity bonus will be given depending on the results of periodical evaluation of performance.
