PART TIME E-commerce Product Lister & CS Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join

our team. As an E-commerce Product Lister, you will work directly with fashion e-

commerce team directly based in the USA. You will be responsible for managing online

sales products/platforms and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our

customers. You can also help with customer service and necessary administrative

tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our e-commerce

business.

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours / week, Flexible to be changed the full-time upon

performance)

Duties and responsibilities

Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms such as

Shopify eBay, Walmart, and Etsy

Upload the product photo images to the platform and confirm the listing

accordingly.

Provide exceptional online customer service by promptly responding to inquiries

and resolving any issues

Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to create engaging product

descriptions and visuals

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years work experience in e-commerce product listing & customer

service

Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills)

Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Experienced in writing descriptions using AI tools like ChatGPT (Preferred)

Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing, discounts, and promotions

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Must have highly proficient computer skills, Adobe photoshops/illustrator skills

are plus.

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills

Able to work at night i.e 9pm-6am (9am 6pm US EST time)

A customer service mindset and ability to verify data accuracy.

Submit an NBI clearance

Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as Drivers License, Postal ID,

UMID, Passport)

Work from home: Have a quiet work environment and a professional, neutral

background with decent lighting (examples will be provided)

Internet subscription/speed: At least 10mbps (DSL/Fiber only)
