POSITION: BILINGUAL CSR
SCHEDULE: NIGHTSHIFT (9PM-2AM)
WORK SET-UP: WFH / PART-TIME
Duties and responsibilities:
Answer phone calls between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Eastern
Advise patients of delivery schedule of their medicines
Manage CRM (Internal)
Qualifications:
Bi-Lingual - Spanish and English
Patient - Will be speaking to elderly customers so long patience is a must
Healtcare experience is a plus but not required
Applications/software/softphone
Web based CRM - training will be provided
VOIP - she will provide VOIP access
Others:
Holidays - US Federal holidays only
