Our caf provides a cozy, creative space where guests can enjoy these delights alongside artisanal coffees and drinks.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.

Preparing Coffee Beverages: Making various types of coffee beverages and others drinks according to customer preferences and recipes.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the coffee preparation area clean and sanitized, including equipment, countertops, and utensils.Stocking Supplies: Ensuring that coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other food item supplies are adequately stocked and available for use.

• Cash Handling: Handling cash transactions, processing payments, and using POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately.

Menu Knowledge: Having a thorough understanding of the menu, bundle offerings, prices, and any specials or promotions.

Upselling: Recommending additional items such as pastries, sandwiches, or specialty drinks to customers.Following Health and Safety Regulations: Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures and maintaining a clean workspace.

• Working Efficiently: Working quickly and efficiently during peak hours to ensure that customers receive their orders promptly and performs other related duties and function assigned by the company

Qualifications:

• Open to fresh graduates

Preferably with barista experience

• With pleasing personality

Excellent customer service

• Passionate and has a desire to learn and grow in the food and beverage industry
