Trax Technologies Asia, Inc., is an open Software-as-a-Service technology platform that refines, completes and reconciles logistics data from multiple sources. Trax operates offices in the United States of America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a team of Auditors and logistics analysts covering client accounts in region assigned (APAC, EMEA, AMR). Key scope for this team is Sustaining the customers expectations of a clear and robust audit process that continuously identifies and addresses audit control risks on customer's logistics transactions.
Team Management:
- Prioritize work for team, communicate status, task accomplishments
- Help keep the team focused and on track, and ensure train schedule deliverables are completed on-time
- Manage individual and team performance
- Motivate, inspire team members, and maintain healthy team dynamics
Leadership and Growth Results:
- Provide team leadership and coaching
- Ensure that team members have the necessary training to effectively perform their jobs
- Standardize applicable processes globally
Customer and Relationship Results:
- Orient the team with the customer needs, objectives, and quality delivery
- Able to manage work with teams in other regions
- Able to effectively work with external customers as necessary
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree or a 4/5-year course in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or related experience
- Fluent in English
- Experience in logistics, financial analysis, some exposure in ERP/MRP systems and/or customer management
- Leadership skills
- Team Player, excellent people skills
- Proactive, dependable, and results oriented
- Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization (development, sales, marketing, operations etc.)
- Willing to be assigned in the EMEA shift (3:00pm-12:00mn, PH time) and/or AMR shift (9:00pm-6:00am, PH time)
