Paraplanners are responsible for collating documents from clients and completing the baseline, non-customer-facing work for a financial planning session.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing financial planning documentation (Statement of Advice), ready for endorsement by the senior team members.
- Entering client data into software, such as XPlan & Salesforce.
Several years experience supporting financial advisers in writing Statements of Advice.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
Strong analytical skills, specifically analysing financial records and providing detailed technical commentary.- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple caseloads at any one time.
Excellent written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients.
- Positive, professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
