The
Paralegal is responsible for supporting lawyers by conducting research, investigating facts, drafting and analyzing documents, and providing administrative support to the Legal Department.
- Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management, Paralegal or similar courses; or has previously taken Bachelor of Laws
Preferably with a working knowledge of labor laws, legal codes, government regulations, contract drafting, etc.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal
Available to start immediately- Willing to work in Marikina City
- Duties and Responsibilities
:
- Drafting of legal and corporate documents such as Initial Public Offering
Gathering of data/information and conducting research on legal matters as required- Due diligence on properties acquired by the company, and transfer of ownership thereafter
Performing field work for filing of reports/documents and liaising with government agencies, regulatory bodies, private institutions, and others as necessary
Drafting of formal legal communication- Notarization of documents
Supporing the company's labor cases, issues and concerns
- Drafting of legal & corporate documents (shareholder agreements, stock option plans, financial reports and employee contracts)
