Qualifications Willing to work full-time as a paralegal.- With basic knowledge of contract drafting and document review.
With Registry of Deeds and notarial experience would be a definite advantage

Provides assistance to the General Counsel/ OIC and Legal Counsel.
- Coordinate with external counsel and their staff and attend meetings with lawyers.
Ensure that private and sensitive information is used, handled, documented, and disposed appropriately.- Set up, copy, scan and store documents in the database.
Create templates, if applicable.
- Handles requests from other departments for documentation.
File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records and ensure they are up to date.
Liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
- Manage the processes around documentation within the organization.
