DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES- Knowledge of processing GIS, SEC, DOLE LABOR LAWS, ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION and other GOVERNEMENT PERMITS and other legal documents for business and cases.
Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents to ensure compliance and minimize risk for our companies.- Organized and maintain legal documents, records and databases, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
Conduct legal research to stay updated or relevant laws, regulations and industry standards, providing accurate information and recommendations.
- Collaborate with external counsel to provide legal support, including document preparation, case preparation and etc.
Assist in ensuring that our companies adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including date protection and privacy laws.- Generate reports and maintain accurate records of legal activities, contract statues and any legal issues that may arise.
Provide administrative support to all departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating document submissions.
- Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files;
Maintains case costs by verifying outstanding balances with attorney, clients, and providers.
Bachelor degree required, preferably in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies or related field.- 1-2 years experience working in a legal environment is preferred
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and Legal technology programs
Able to handle confidential information appropriately.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Bachelor of laws degree is a plus.
