Job description- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checking of documents before the submission to LGU's/ National Government Offices such as but not limited to BIR/Immigration/Labor/SEC/PAGCOR/DOJ.
- Responsible for the proper coordination and documentation of all transactions.
- Ensure safety and security of documents and payments.
- Responsible for the filing and payment of needed applications.
- Drafts and reviews contracts and other documentary engagements.
- Represents company in submission and discussion of compliances.
- Requirements:
- Must have knowledge in doing dealings and transactions in government offices (LGUs, BIR, PAGCOR, PEZA)
- Computer literate, knowledge of basic Microsoft application
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Can multi-task and work under minimum supervision.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
