tion: Review and analyze a variety of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, and partnership agreements, to identify key terms, obligations, and potential r
isks. Conduct legal research to support contract analysis, ensuring that contracts adhere to applicable laws and regulat
ions. Collaborate with attorneys to draft, revise, and negotiate contracts, ensuring they align with our organization's goals and object
ives. Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts, amendments, and related docum
ents. Assist in the preparation of legal documents, such as legal memos, briefs, and correspond
ence. Track contract deadlines, renewal dates, and important milestones to ensure timely ac
tion. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and legal counsel, as necessary to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve is
sues. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to provide valuable insights during contract anal
ysis.
Required Qualifica
tions: Proven experience as a paralegal, with a focus on contract analysis and r
eview. Strong understanding of legal principles and contrac
t law. Proficiency in legal research, document management, and legal software
tools. Ability to interpret and analyze complex contractual language and identify key terms and potential
risks. Excellent analytical skills to review and assess contracts, identify discrepancies, and make recommendations for improve
ments. Good organizational skills for maintaining accurate and organized records of contracts, amendments, and related docu
ments. Clear and coherent in both verbal and written communication skills to interact with attorneys, clients, vendors, and other stakeho
lders. Proficient with using the Microsoft Office
Suite. Responsible for compliance with ISO standards and other confidenti
