Job Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in the Australian mortgage industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our brokers in processing mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
- Gathering of supporting Documents
Client follow-up for missing documents from the checklist- Completion of Client Details through client follow-up if incomplete
Research and preparation of finance strategy to be presented to the clients
- Apply Online Data Entry & Upload of Supporting Documents
Submission of Application through Apply Online- Follow up with Lenders regarding applications
Client updates with further information/documentation required (if applicable)
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Parabroker, Mortgage Loan Processor, Lending Support, or Loan Writer.
- Proficiency in using mortgage processing software and other relevant tools particularly myCRM.
Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage and lending industry.- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.- Relevant qualifications in finance, banking, or a related field are preferred.
