Responsible for all the painting and varnishing works of the Civil Work Maintenance Section of the Club- He shall be tasked to paint and varnish of the building facility and offices, floors, ceilings, roofs including furniture, chairs, tables and other indoor and outdoor fixtures as may be required.
Knowledgeable in paint or varnish preparation, color mixtures and paint material combinations to attain a good finish output.
- Ensure that the paint and varnish finish is in good and high quality and in accordance to the acceptable standard as may be required by his superiors.
Responsible for the safekeeping of the leftover or excess materials after any painting or varnishing work.- He shall assist his superiors in the estimate of material and labor cost including work duration for the painting and varnishing work requirements of the club.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in his workplace and its surrounding areas.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned.
- At least a High School Graduate.
With at least two (2) years of related work experience in
Painting/Civil Works/Carpentry.
- Can follow instructions, is industrious, respectful, and humble.
Preferably residing in Makati or nearby area.
