JOB DESCRIPTION:_
- Responsible for equipment study, 4M planning, set-up of production and operational system improvement.
Initiates / Assists in the design and formulation policies and procedures submitted for top Management consumption.- Participates in decision-making, daily planning, organizing and the necessary coordination for the section's activities.
Prepare equipment specification standards and analysis.
- Conducts trial activities for Body Transfer Facilities, Equipment, Tools, and Jigs at Body and Plastic Painting Shops.
Conducts continuous improvement activities for the attainment of Manufacturing KPI's.- Assesses risk on C+SQCDE which are brought about by line enhancement activities and proposes action plan or countermeasure.
Conducts actual evaluation of equipment operation condition and conceptualizes potential improvements specifically on Body and Plastic painting shops.
- Prepares viability studies related to facility and equipment improvements and recommends most reasonable option for approval of Top Management.
Documents process changes, significant improvement and problems, trials result in accordance with current procedures and practices.- Prepares project scope of works, justification, schedule, technical specifications, cost eliminate and other related documents.
Attends inter-departments meetings and other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
- Participates in Manufacturing cost & CO2 reduction activities and problem-solving activities in cross-functional discussion.
Prepares and review concept and/or detailed drawings in AutoCAD platform (at least) for all proposed operations improvement specially for painting equipment.- Establishes equipment standards parameters / settings such as but not limited to: ED Coating Voltage, paint supply and return line pressure, paint booth air velocity, tools and equipment technical specification, equipment cycle time, etc.
Monitors and executes improvement project for body and plastic painting shops from planning stage until commissioned.
- Participates during New Model launching activities especially on 4M preparations and management.
Applies 4Ms (Man, Machine, Material and Method) analysis on body and plastic painting shops operations and recommends continuous improvement.- Performs housekeeping, stores and conducts inventories of the Section's records, assets and sample development parts including their disposal.
Works with other Sections of other Department in supporting the overall objective of the Manufacturing Division. Obeys the Company CRR, Safety and Environmental Policies and regulations.
- Enforces 5S (daily inspection).
Abides by the confidential clause and technology secrecy policy of the Company. Dispenses only non-vital information inside and outside the company as approved and instructed by Superiors.- Performs safety duties and responsibilities and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS: _
- College Graduate, BS Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years work experience in Automotive Manufacturing.- Practices principle of PDCA for all activities.
Knowledge in utilization of SAP.
- Able to utilize HRADC, EAIA, FMEA.
Driver's license holder, preferably with Restriction Code (1,2, and 3).
