Provide detailed product information, specifications, features, pricing, and availability to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions based on their preferences and needs.- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, order discrepancies, delivery delays, and product defects promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to relevant departments as necessary.
Assist customers with payment-related inquiries, payment method options, billing statements, and refund processing, ensuring transparency and compliance with company policies and payment regulations.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions (FAQs), troubleshooting tips, product guides, and company policies to assist customers efficiently and accurately.
