Job Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email and chat in a timely manner
Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks- Escalate questions and requests to appropriate departments or persons following the guidelines provided
College Undergraduate.- With 1 year experience in using any GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, etc.).
Good communication skills
- Ability to work onsite (office-based)
