Job Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email and chat in a timely manner
Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks- Escalate questions and requests to appropriate departments or persons following the guidelines provided
K12 Graduate / Senior High School (New Curriculum)- 6 months of BPO experience
Airline, hotel, travel experience, or prior experience with GDS systems, hotel reservation systems, airline reservation systems, and/or related functions is a plus
- Good communication skills
Ability to work onsite (office-based)
