ResponsibilitiesThe core focus of this role is making sure that client's KPI and main goal are achieved. He/she will be responsible for managing company Paid Social ad campaigns. This role is involved in the entire campaign cycle from strategizing, planning to reporting. This includes creating and testing new ads and targeting options, launching and overseeing campaigns, and scaling budgets while maintaining targeted KPIs.
As part of the role, you will be expected to:
- Spearheading and executing Paid social campaigns - specifically for setting up and running Paid social ads, conducting Paid social audit and recommendations, and conducting technical troubleshooting and implementation within standards.
Collaborates with Client Services team to align campaign strategy with established KPIs and meet campaign short-term and long-term goals.- Set-up, manage, analyse and scale Paid Social campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spend optimized for sales growth while hitting strict ROI goals.
Continuously ideate, implement and Setup innovative A/B tests to optimize Paid social campaigns through assorted opportunities including but not limited to placement, audience segmentation, copy or creative changes.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on channel performance and campaign performance and translate them into recommendations and action plans.
Performs competitive and industry research to support and implement best practices for campaigns to achieve success.- Day-to-day tracking and analysis on the performance of each campaign. Prepare and deliver performance reports identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
Setup: Events, Audiences and APIs as needed.
- Making sure that tracking is properly and correctly set up.
Collaborate and give clear direction, recommendation to produce eye-catching and engaging ad content.- Ensure ads creative are displayed appropriately with the right size requirements.
Ensure that Ads are align with Meta and other Paid Social channel Ads Policy.
- Troubleshooting restricted ad accounts and Facebook pages. Be able to file for an appeal and request a review for troubled accounts.
Ability to take complex problems and create efficient solutions.- Stay on top of recent industry trends applicable to Paid social channels and across the organization.
Stay up to date on Paid social media best practices and our competitive landscape.
- Cooperate with other departments (CS, Creatives).
Any other tasks assigned by the direct line manager or management.- Reporting to Paid Social Team Manager.
- 1-2 years of in-house or agency Paid media experience required.
Bachelor's degree (does not need to be in marketing).- First-hand knowledge setting up, executing, optimizing, scaling and strategizing Paid social campaigns.
Ability to analyse data and provide action plans based on conclusions.
- Openness and ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly.
The ability to collaborate with multiple team members, manage a high workload and work diligently under time constraints.- Must love and be able to communicate data-driven insights to our Client Services team as well as our clients.

- Ability to juggle and prioritize a high volume of projects with top-notch organizational skills.
