Position Overview:
Our client is a rapidly growing online brand in the baked goods industry, specializing in high-quality, innovative products like breads, rolls, and bagels. They are passionate about building a strong community through authentic partnerships. They are seeking an Influencer Outreach Specialist to identify and develop relationships with influencers, executing marketing strategies that align with their brand goals and help expand their reach.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns daily, hitting sales growth and ROI targets
- Monitor and optimize daily budgets of $20K+ to scale spend
- Analyze performance and create actionable reports
- Troubleshoot blockers to campaign scaling
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Develop compelling ad content to drive conversions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure successful campaign execution
Requirements
- Education: BA in Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on Facebook Ads management with $20K/day budget experience. DTC marketing experience preferred
- Skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables), Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, some copywriting
- Tools: Familiarity with analytics tools like TripleWhale, Northbeam, and media mix modeling
- Attributes: Quick learner, data-driven, and passionate about digital media in health and wellness
