This position is ideal for a Paid Media Strategist with experience in SaaS AdTech, that is media friendly and ready to become the voice and the face of the product presenting it in social media videos, webinars, community events etc. Prior experience working with B2B tech companies and a strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Advocacy & Development
- Voice of the Customer: Gather feedback from users, prospects, and industry experts to inform the product roadmap and recommend new features or enhancements
- Translate Insights into Product Features: Collaborate with engineering to translate customer feedback, market demands, and industry trends into actionable product features
- Product Evangelism & Education: Create media friendly educational and promotional content (e.g.,videos, presentations, guides, webinars) to help customers understand and maximize product value
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with PPC trends and competitor offerings to identify gaps and drive product enhancements
- Collaborate with Engineering for Product Innovation
- Engineering & Product Team Support: Participate in product planning sessions and feature validation to ensure the product meets customer needs and stays competitive
- Seamless Communication: Maintain alignment between engineering, product, and marketing to deliver on product goals and enhance customer experience
- Customer Success & Community Engagement: Regularly engage with customers and the broader PPC community to build relationships and foster product loyalty
- Customer Engagement & Growth
- Client Communication: Actively communicate with customers through calls, surveys, and community events to understand challenges and advocate for solutions
- Success Metrics & Use Cases: Work with the Customer Success team to track KPIs and best practices, highlighting them in marketing efforts
- Community Building & Networking: Build our presence in PPC communities, fostering connections with influencers and power users
Requirements
- PPC Experience: 3+ years experience in PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with a strong grasp of platform mechanics and optimization strategies
- Content Development: Experience creating educational social media content videos, case studies, webinars, and guides to communicate product value effectively
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to empathize with customer challenges and advocate for solutions
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong ability to interpret data and market trends to inform product and marketing decisions
