What You'll Do
- Develop effective paid media strategies and campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant advertising channels.
- Oversee paid campaigns across all digital channels to ensure strong ROI and efficient customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including keyword research, performance analysis, budget management, and bid strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Campaign Managers and clients to understand their digital marketing needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and appropriate action using critical thinking to inform marketing strategies and improve overall campaign performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Work closely with the Campaign Managers and Technology team to identify and implement process enhancements or automation opportunities to boost efficiency and business results.
- Share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results to the management team; implement and report on A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Execute timely in a fast-paced environment through effective time management and prioritization skills.
Ideal Profile
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing performance.
- Ability to analyze data, apply critical thinking, and generate actionable insights to drive marketing success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
- Hands-on experience in digital ad analytics software and a deep understanding of performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CVR).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in search engine marketing, specifically in bid monitoring and adjustment of paid search campaigns, and creating highly relevant and targeted ad copy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to paid media and client work.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for knowledge and personal growth.
- Google Search and Google Display Certifications are required; Google Shopping and Meta Certification is a plus
