About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Philippines-based
Paid Media Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in managing paid social campaigns on Meta platforms. This role focuses purely on paid social strategies and execution, not organic social media management.
What Youll Do
- Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimise paid social media campaigns on Meta platforms to achieve client objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Paid Social Specialist and Paid Media Lead to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Creative Development: Liaise with the design team to create engaging ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences.
- Client Communication: Engage in light communication with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and gather feedback on campaigns.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate budgets to maximise ROI for clients.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising.
What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager and other relevant tools for campaign management and reporting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity: Ability to develop creative and engaging visual concepts and a strong understanding of current design trends.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Availability: Ability to work Monday to Friday, during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which corresponds to 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time.
