Job Role: Paid Media Specialist
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM - 5 PM) AU Time Zone
Salary range: $1,500 - $2,000 AUD (depending on your experience)

All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Australia is only 2 hours ahead of the Philippines and 4 hours ahead of Nepal, so the working hours are typically much better than working for a European or North American company.
Who The Client Is: The client is a creative agency specializing in paid advertising, and requiring a graphic designer with proven experience designing visual assets for Meta ads, Google ads, and more.
Role Overview: The Paid Media Specialist drives client growth and satisfaction through expert social media and Google advertising. You will strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives, contributing to the expansion of digital marketing services. Collaborating with strategists and specialists, this role enhances service quality and fosters a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, focusing on maximizing ad spend across social media and Google
- Platform Expertise: Expertise in TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google ads, guiding strategy and ad placement decisions
- Client Engagement: Understand client needs and goals, proactively communicate campaign successes, and tailor strategies to meet expectations
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, sharing insights with the team for current and competitive strategies
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing to optimize ad designs, content, and targeting
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage advertising budgets to maximize client ROI
- Internal Training: Mentor junior team members on social media and Google advertising platforms, fostering a learning culture
- Community Contribution: Support company groups and training programs to ensure long-term success and maintain reputation
- External Training: Participate in online learning by delivering strategic expertise through curriculum development, coaching, workshops, and Q&As
- Copywriting: Write and proofread effective ad copy, maintaining the brand's tone of voice
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate on workshop curriculum design for digital marketing, ensuring hands-on learning and value
- Digital Excellence: Provide guidance on analytics, website UX, lead generation, and CRO to ensure a holistic digital marketing approach
- Email Marketing: Deliver email marketing services, including strategy, implementation, list management, and flow creation in Klaviyo
- Client Management: Manage client accounts to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining sustainable account profitability
- Pitching: Actively pitch new opportunities to grow existing client accounts and acquire new business
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media and Google advertising
- Strong understanding of advertising mechanics, ad creation, and audience targeting
- Comprehensive knowledge of various advertising platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
- Familiarity with key digital marketing areas, including email, SEO, and websites (hands-on experience not required)
- Understanding of how all components of digital marketing work together
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute positively to company culture
